Tomato Ketchup Recipe ingredients

•  Red Tomatoes : 2 ½ kg 
•  Red chilli powder : 1 tsp 
•  Garlic ginger paste : 1 tsp 
•  Vinegar : 1 cup 
•  Sugar : 200gm 
•  Salt : 1 ½ tsp 
•  Spice bag : 1 

How to make Tomato Ketchup

1-First gets fresh tomatoes and Wash

2- Roughly chop and cook in a pot with no water for fifteen minutes. 

3-After this cold and mix up and sort out in a clean cotton cloth.

4-Now put in this puree to the pot, along with first step ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder 1 tsp, 200g sugar, vinegar 1 cup, salt 1 ½ tsp and spice bag, let it cook until it becomes a thick paste.
